Whitley Bay Development Trust is led by Whitley Bay people, with the aim to increase prosperity in our town.  Our sole focus is on the regeneration of the town, in the interests of the people who live and work here. We are working to acquire empty and disused buildings in the town, and bring them back to life

Wickham Community Land Trust is dedicated to providing affordable housing in Wickham, a village in Hampshire, UK. We hope to relieve the financial hardship of eligible people who live in or near Wickham, or who work nearby.  We will hold property for the long term public good and will protect it from the damaging effects of asset price inflation and speculation. By doing so, we aim to provide affordable housing now and for subsequent generations.

The ARC is an Arts and Recreation Centre based in Caterham. The site is currently un-used and is in need of repair and refurbishment.  The ARC is a much loved facility created by Caterham Barracks Community Trust at the cost of £1.39 million. The current project to revive it, refurbish it and re-open it relies on two things: money from the community share issue announced in the Press last week and voluntary effort from the people of Caterham.

The Charity Just Homes East London (Just Homes) is a response to the increasingly difficult housing situation in the borough of Newham and the wider East London. It intends to provide for those in severe housing difficulty; people often under the radar of the statutory system.
